 Return Policy 

Our returns and exchange policy is designed to ensure a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience for our customers. Depending on the type of product you have purchased, specific terms and conditions apply. 

All our products are handmade and created custom for all our clients. That's why after placing an order on our website we will reach you by message or email to get all your measurements to create and deliver your order  in time.

After receiving your measurements we start creating the order. We ask that you ensure your measurements are correct, because we do not take responsibility for if you provided us with the wrong measurements.

We love our customers.

That's why we offer exchange or store credit if you have any problem with a size (robes, pajamas, slip dress)  but only when a product is in brand new condition.   

We accept returns for exchange, for items damaged in transit.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on measure-to-made items as well as sale items or gift cards.

The Bodysuits are not eligible for refund or exchange because it's lingerie.  

That's why we reached you be email or message and get your measurements ,so please make sure that your measurements is correct before sending it to us.

To be eligible for exchange you need:

1. Contact us by email within 7 days after receiving an order and tell us about a problem.

2. Return the product to us in brand new condition, free of makeup, marks and stains.

3. The product must be returned to us in original packaging (VOIR box)

When we didn't accept the exchange or return:

1. If we receive the product and see that it was used(tears, cosmetic stains, or other damage) you will not be eligible for an exchange.

2. If you have any problems with a size or another problem and try to fix it by yourself or with your tailor. 

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

3.When you reach us 14 days after delivery.


Cancelation

You can cancel your order up to 3 days after the purchase date and receive a full refund. 

If you wish to cancel or return your order after 3 days of payment, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total value of the products will be applied. This fee covers administration, lace allocation, pre-production, and pattern preparation associated with your order.

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. However, please remember that usually it takes 3-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
