What if I am not sure what size I need to order?
If you not sure what size will fit perfectly for you just choose your regular size to create an order. After placing an order one of our team member will reach you by message or email to get all your measurements , heigh and date of your wedding to create and deliver your perfect fit robe in time. Because all our products we create handmade and custom including all your measurements.
Can I customize my robe ( longer train, change sleeves, change material, etc.)?
Yes, we can do customization:
-Longer train
-Change some details on a robe.
-Add on a robe date of your wedding (but only on silk robes).

How long it takes to get my order?
All our items are 100% handmade and custom that's why the Estimated shipping time is 2-4 weeks. If you need your order sooner than 2 weeks, please contact us by email: at info@voirbride.com or Instagram direct.
How Do I Change My Delivery Address?
Please contact us as soon as you realize you need to change the delivery address as once it is shipped we cannot change the address. Contact Customer Service ( email info@voirbride.com) Immediately!
How Do I Cancel An Order?
Please contact us as soon as you realize you need to cancel as once it is shipped we cannot cancel it for you. Contact Customer Service.
Is Shipping Included in The Prices?
We offer Free shipping on all orders in USA and Canada, and to all others, countries express shipping cost 50$. Also we are not responsible for any custom duty fee.
