It’s designed to help you find a gown that looks stunning and feels like it was made just for you. After you place an order one of our team members will reach you to get your measurements and heigh to make sure that pieces will fit you perfectly.

Our best-selling styles are typically in stock in all sizes. If you need your item within 2 weeks, please reach out to us at info@voirbride.com to confirm availability. To help us assist you faster, kindly include the dress name, size you're interested in, and your location. Our customer support team will be happy to check stock and provide you with accurate information.

Express shipping is available at checkout page

All of our pieces are handmade and custom-crafted to ensure the perfect fit. After you place your order, a member of our team will reach out via email or message within 24 to 48 hours after placed order to collect your measurements and height.

When youp lacing order, simply select the size you typically wear.

As all of our pieces are custom-made to your measurements, we do not offer returns on these pieces. However, we want you to feel completely confident with your order. That’s why we offer a one-time complimentary exchange if your robe doesn’t fit the way you’d like.

If any adjustments are needed, simply reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the exchange process and ensure your piece fits just right. Please note that the item must be unworn, in original condition, and with all tags attached.

Shipping is free within the USA and Canada.

Shipping to the Middle East

For orders to Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar, a flat shipping fee of $45 applies.

International Shipping

For all other international destinations, we offer a flat rate of $50.

– $45. Available only if the item is in stock. Please contact us at info@voirbride.com before placing your order to confirm availability in your size. Once confirmed, your order will be processed in 1 business day and delivered the next business day via UPS or FedEx.

Shipping to Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates & Qatar
$45 shipping fee applies. Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx with delivery in 2–6 business days.

International Shipping (All Other Countries)
$50, using trusted carriers like UPS or FedEx.

Most of our bestselling styles are usually in stock in all sizes and can be shipped within 1 business day with Next Day Air delivery via UPS or FedEx.

If your item is not in stock and you selected Express Shipping at checkout, we will prioritize your order and expedite production to ship it as quickly as possible with Next Day delivery once ready.
